How do I access these special residential offers?

These special offers are only available to Energy Genie members.

If you are an Energy Genie member, please follow these steps to be able to see and access the exclusive offers available to you;

Login to our website via the “Login” link found on the top right corner of any page on our website.
Navigate to the Residential page by clicking the “Residential” button found along the top of any page on our website.
Clicking the “View Residential Deal” button found on the Residential page.
You will then be directed to our partner energy retailer portal where you can see the special offer, compare it to your existing bill, and sign up to switch if you are satisfied that you are better off with the plan that you are eligible for.

How do I sign up to become an Energy Genie member?

To set up your Energy Genie membership to access these special offers;

Click on the “Register” link found in the top right area of the website on any page
Enter your qualifying promocode. This is provided through communications via your participating organisation. If you have not got your promocode, please contact us and we will fast track your registration so that you can enjoy your benefits as quickly as possible.
Complete the form with the details required.
You will be sent a welcome email once your registration has been accepted and your account has been set up. You will now be able to login to the website to access your special offers.
